Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • We may have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
  • Door codes for smart locks will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. No one will meet you at the property.

Property Access

  • This unit is on the ground floor but is accessed via a flight and a half of stairs and features a walk-out through a sliding glass door.
  • There are stairs to access the condo.

Policies and Rules

  • The entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outside, 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
  • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
  • You must sign and return a written rental agreement.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties, large groups, or events allowed.
  • No smoking allowed.
